Our Sheeryakh (meaning "frozen milk" in Dari) is crafted using the traditional hand-churning method over ice and salt. Made with fresh milk, sugar, cardamom, and rose water, it creates a dense, creamy texture that's completely different from conventional ice cream. Served with thick cream (qaymaq) and premium pistachios.
